If you want to be an owner of an idea (in the Netherlands). You just have to come up with an authentic idea and drop it at one of these offices (make sure you bring a large bag of money).

-Benelux Merkenbureau (Brand registration)

-Octrooicentrum Nederland (Concept registration owned by BIE)

-Idee Safe (Concept registration)
