FFII

The FFII (and I don't mean Final Fantasy II) monitors proposals for new laws and treaties that affect the IT sector. They also analyse these proposals and prepare responses.

Steal This Film II

Steal This Film II examines the technological and cultural aspects of the copyright wars, and the implications of the internet for copying. It includes an exploration of Mark Getty's infamous statement that " Intellectual Property is the oil of the 21st century".

Free Magenta!

T-Mobile claims the exlusive rights for the Magenta colour in their business.
Design Studio Lava comes with a concept called freemagenta to say that it's absolutely ridicules to claim such a thing as a colour. News paper De Dag wrote an article about this subject.

In my designers opinion it's a sign of weakness to claim a colour.
In the marketing opinion it's a sign of power and a great publicity stunt.
